My Music
Music is where I go beyond words—a place where something deeper can flow through and speak directly to what we feel but can't always name. For me, it's both a spiritual practice and a mirror. When I'm truly making music, I feel connected to something larger than myself. But it's also where I confront my perfectionism and self-doubt most directly. These tracks represent that ongoing practice of staying present with the creative process, even when my inner critic gets loud.
I'm drawn to dub techno and ambient music—genres that create space for both movement and stillness. There's something about the deep, hypnotic rhythms of dub techno that mirrors the kind of sustained attention I value in therapy work, while ambient textures allow for the kind of open, exploratory consciousness that I find essential for growth. These sounds invite listeners into their own internal landscape, creating a sonic environment where thoughts can settle and something new can emerge.
